It\u2019s pretty useful if your arena is small.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This exercise consists in placing 4 poles in the shape of a &#x2795; with a bloc in the center. Then, turn around and redo the cloverleaf at the right hand by doing green &#8211; yellow &#8211; pink &#8211; orange then the diagonal 6 between pink and orange to end. This would make <\/span><b>10 jumps instead of 6<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><span id=\"2-8211-The-butterflynbsp-x1f98b\"><b>#2 &#8211; The butterfly&nbsp; &#x1f98b;<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3><b>&#x1f6e0; Equipment for 11 jumps<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5 poles<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10 stands (or blocks)<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3><b>Distance between the fence in the middle and the 4 others:<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3 strides: 13 to 14m<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4 strides: 16.5 to 17.5m<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5 strides: 20 to 21m<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This second combination is pretty <\/span><b>complete and versatile<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, depending on what you want to work on and how much space you have. Then, once again, a serpentine to go over the &#8211; and the arrowhead and we end with the + in a diagonal!<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Depending on the way you place the arrowhead, it will be easier or harder. Indeed, it\u2019s much harder to approach it by the top than the base!<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><span id=\"Analyse-your-combinations-with-Equisense-Motion\"><b>Analyse your combinations with Equisense Motion!<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Combinations are great and all, but doing them correctly is better!
